NEWSFLASH! New AFI 34-116, para reduces our prior "Ramstein AB longstanding 4-tier pricing structure" to 2-tiers. The AFI states that the E-1 to E-4 rate must be 75% of the E-5 & above rate. The AFI states that only two tiers shaw exist. In order to comply with the new AFI we eliminated the 3rd tier (E-7-O6) and 4th tier (O-7 & Up). We apologize to those whose rates increased as a result of the change in the AFI.
