Bruce Loome School of Golf

With over 20 years experience, Bruce Loome’s goal has been to provide high standards of coaching and to take your game to an entirely new level thus enhancing your enjoyment of this great game. This is achieved by giving expert, personal "hands on" instruction specially tailored to your individual needs and goals. He is a memeber of the British PGA and his teaching background started in the late eighties with PGA teaching Professional Graham Cowley in Hampshire, England, he then traveled with Justin Rose to Lake Nona in Florida to work with David Leadbetter.Since then he has worked as a Teaching Professional mainly in England and also teaches at the ‘5-star’ Vale do Lobo resort in Portugal in February each year for private clients.
Bruce is also quaified in the Sports Scienece field of the sport and has a lot of experience in linking the technical and pyhsical aspects of the game. Physical screening is a service that can be offered to all level of players.
We are very pleased to have Bruce’s teaching skills here at Woodlawn Golf Course. Additionally, he is a personal friend of Tiger Woods and accompanies him during the Open Championship each year in the U.K.
His playing career has brought him success on the PGA Euro Pro Tour, Elite Pro Tour and has qualified onto the Alps Tour in Southern Europe and currently plays on the German EPD Tour.
All golf schools are small and relaxed in nature. Drawing on Bruce’s 20 years of experience, his teaching style will alleviate the intimidation factor of taking lessons and will replace this with sound fundamentals that will allow all standards of players to reach their golfing potential.
